Who Am I?

I’ve always been a mover. My very first steps into movement were in judo and athletics—disciplines I found through my parents, who lived and breathed sports. They taught me the value of discipline, dedication, and the beauty of mastering the body.

But as I grew older, the streets began to call. Urban culture became my playground—breakdancing, skateboarding, parkour, graffiti. These weren’t just hobbies; they were ways of expressing freedom, rebellion, and identity.
B-boying especially lit a fire in me. It was rhythm and flow, acrobatics and storytelling, all woven into one. Through it, I learned that movement could speak—that the body itself is a language.

And yet, somewhere deep inside, I knew… movement wasn’t just about skill. It was a doorway to something bigger. That knowing grew stronger when I joined Mosergym, a community-led space guided by Samefko Ludidi. There, I discovered movement culture, holistic health, and the science of intermittent fasting. But the greatest gift was the community—a tribe of learners, where growth meant becoming more whole, not just more capable.

Then breathwork entered my life. At first, it was simply a practice. But slowly, it became so much more—a bridge to presence, a tool for healing, an anchor in life’s storms.

Life kept calling me deeper. I began exploring ceremonies, teachings, and inner quests. I sat with mushrooms for the first time—not to escape reality, but to return to myself. Those sacred experiences cracked something open in me. They shifted my understanding of vitality, connection, and the self. And I began to ask:
What is true vitality? What is real connection? And how can we spend a lifetime with ourselves, yet barely know who we truly are?

This is where my path of integration began—mind, body, and spirit as one. I became a student of Kundalini yoga at Yoga Pur Sang, diving into the study of our energetic bodies. I explored somatic movement, learning from how people responded to my training. And when Fighting Monkey Practice entered my life, it gave me a living platform for applied learning—a reminder to stay adaptive, curious, and deeply connected to movement as a way of life.

Through all of this, I have come to some truths:

🜁 Breath is the bridge between body and spirit.
🜂 The body is your temple—the home of your soul.
🜃 Spirit is your compass, guiding you through life’s challenges.
🜄 The mind is a tool—an ally or an enemy, depending on how you train it.

And now, I’m building my Movement Academy in Maastricht—a space for community-based learning, authentic expression, and deep connection.
A place where we grow together—not just in strength, but in awareness.
A place where movement is not only physical, but emotional, spiritual, and creative.

Because I believe… I am because we are.
This is what I stand for.
This is my life’s work.
And this is the story I am still living.
